How to Feel Good

It is extremely important how we feel. You see, we create everything in our lives by the way we feel. Only when we feel good do we create what we desire. If we want more money, we need to feel good. If we want amazing relationships, we need to feel good. If we want to heal ourselves or stay healthy, we need to feel good.

How do we go about it?

The first thing is to be grateful for what we have. Whether we have a lot or a little we need to be grateful for everything. When we are grateful two things happen. One we feel good and then as a result of that feeling we create more things to be grateful for. IT IS THAT SIMPLE!!! If we want to have more clients, we need to be grateful for the clients that we already have. Even if it is only one client. We need to be grateful for that one client if we want to have more.

Let me give you an example.

One of my clients, a Real Estate Agent, used to sell two houses a month for two years. When she started my program, she became number 2 in her office of 135 agents. By end of June of last year, she told me that she made as much money as the entire previous year. Last week, she told me that at the end of March this year, she already made as much money as the entire last year. She made in 3 months what she made the entire last year!!! Wow!!! One of the things she does is feeling so much gratitude for every single sale, every single listing and every single contact. When you feel gratitude, you create more things to be grateful for. The more intense gratitude you feel the more amazing things you are going to create. Another client who is in a multilevel marketing business told me so many times that she would like to have more clients and more people on her team. As she started the program, her business started to increase. But, she wanted to speed up the growth. I advised her to feel gratitude for every single client she had. She followed my advice. Last week she told me that she had over 100 new clients in the month of March this year. Her business in booming!!!

So, if you want to change how you feel, if you want to feel good, one of the things you can do is to feel grateful for what you have. One man told me that he wishes he had something to be grateful for. I asked him. How did you get to my office? I drove my car, he replied. How did you get from your car to my office door? - I asked. I walked, he replied. Then, you have lots to be grateful for, I said. You have a car, you can drive, you have a driver’s license, you can see and you can walk. You have lots of things to be grateful for!

It is so important to see what we have. Feel love for everything and feel grateful for it. When you feel love and gratitude that is how you ensure that you feel good. And…when you feel good you create what it is that you want!
