We all want to be happy. Happiness is the ultimate designation of the journey of our lives. But, the importance of being happy is bigger than we realize.

You see, the very interesting thing is that happiness comes from inside. I am sure you have heard that before, but what does it really mean to you? It means that it is the starting point. In order for us to have happy lives, we need to start with the happiness that is inside us. We create everything in our lives by the way we feel. So, if we want to create things that we desire, we need to feel good. When we feel good and when we feel happy, we create things and situations that we want and that leads to more happiness.

But…how do we create that happiness inside?

There are simple steps that you can do:

1.    See only what you have and be grateful for the smallest thing. What you really want will come as a result of it.

2.    Feel lots of love for yourself and everyone else. Make a conscious attempt to do that. See how amazing and brilliant you are. When you see that in yourself, you will see that brilliance in others.

3.    When you have a situation that you would like to change, tell yourself that it is only temporary and concentrate on the things that you have. Feel gratitude for them.

4.    Do things that make you happy. At least once a day.

5.    Have a “Me Time” even as little as 5 minutes a day. This is extremely important as it recharges your battery.

6.    Have lots of fun with everything you do.

7.    Have an exciting goal. Having a direction will make you feel alive.

8.    When you wake up in the morning expect your day to be perfect.

9.    Smile a lot.

It is extremely important to do that on a daily basis. Repetition is what makes it happen.

When you find yourself feeling happy then you will create your life truly magical.
