We always create what we expect. The question is: What is it that we expect? Do we expect that our day at work is going to fun and easy? Do we expect that our partner is going to say and do something nice? Do we expect to get up in the morning and feel good, rested and full of energy?

If we want something different in our lives we need to expect something new. For example, if we want to heal ourselves then we need to expect that we are perfectly healthy.

How do we create those expectations?

We need to picture in our mind what it is that we want. We need to play that picture over and over. Repetitions are the key as they create expectations. The more we repeat it the faster we are going to create it. Very important is that we feel it.

Let me give you an example.

My client from England had fibromyalgia for over 24 years. She was almost bedridden. As she started my program I told her to put in her mind that she was perfectly healthy. She needed to pick an activity that she loves and that she would like to be able to do. She wanted to be able to work in her little garden, so she pictured in her mind over and over that she was planting flowers. Every time she did that it created a great feeling. In two and half months she healed herself completely and she was planting flowers in her garden. She also took care of her mom’s garden. She was so thrilled that she was able to do that. The key is that she was doing that already in her mind over and over until she could do it for real.

So, make sure that you expect only wonderful things in your life. Expect everything to be easy and fun…you will create it!

Have an absolutely magical week, full of LOVE, GRATITUDE and FUN!!!

I’m still looking for a male companion that will be smiling at me , he will be the one to share my life. When I meet him I’ll send you a picture of us smiling. Thank you Amanda
